Kathleen Petkauskos is Executive Director of Workplace Equity and Inclusion and Director of Work Without Limits at ForHealth Consulting, a division of UMass Chan Medical School. In this capacity, she leads a wide range of programs and services that advance disability inclusion and strengthen the healthcare workforce. Her portfolio includes training and consulting, employer networks and events, benefits counseling, and workforce development initiatives.

Harold Weekes has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources working in the Financial Services and Biopharma industries. He has broad Human Resources experience, including employee relations, diversity, learning and development and HR business partnering. He has a diverse strategic HR leadership background focused in areas such as organizational change, employee engagement, talent acquisition, management development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
