After overwhelming feedback from The Assembly Spring 2026, D@W presents “Access and Belonging: Move from Defending to Advancing”.

This fall’s special installment of The Assembly Fall 2026: Access and Belonging: Move from Defending to Advancing will cover how to revolutionize talent hiring, perfect performance evaluation and dissect promotion practices to optimize your workforce.

The day will feature:

  • One of a kind presentations from D@W experts on the reality of inclusive strategies – including calling-in the majority, heritage months and ERGs
