Responsible for the Human Resources Information System /iCIMs oversees the day to day operation and first line support for the HR System support. Manages the HRIS/iCIMS Coordinator, platform and maintenance of data. Reviews data input and output reporting for accuracy. Monitors and improves data collection and reporting procedures for efficiency.The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS accesses, enters, maintains and analyzes employee data in order to provide support to HR (benefits, compensation, performance management, recruiting, training and government reporting). Ensures electronic personnel records are accurate and in compliance with organizational policies and legal guidelines. Operates under general direction and performs duties with some latitude for judgment; refers more complex matters to the Director of Human Resources.
