About the position:
The Contracts Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of Contracts and will be responsible for providing support to the contracts administration process across JFF.  This person will work in strong collaboration with various JFF departments including Program and Org Services staff.
This is an ideal position for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is energized by collaborating on mission-critical projects and partnering with others. The Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that contract submissions are completed properly including, accurate data collection and storage, timely preparation of draft contracts and subawards, process tracking and reporting. This person will work with cross-functional departments and maintain a responsive and seamless contract administration process, including special projects, as needed.
What you’ll do:  
Contracts Management  
·       Execute the Contract Administration subprocesses to ensure timely preparation of records and contracts, meeting deadlines to meet department objectives
·       Draft agreements by using templates, tools and guidelines
·       Support JFF staff in the consistent use of contract templates, including deference to policies on content
·       Provide research and due diligence on vendors and vendor contracts, as needed
·       Track and maintain a timely process, including preparation and dissemination of periodic reports
·       Adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities, always with a view to delivering high-quality service and product
·       Coordinate with relevant cross functional staff to identify issues and facilitate discussions among relevant staff, including Contracts Manager and Senior Director of Contracts
Relationship Building and Management 
·       Serve as the primary point of contact on the Contract Administration Team, ensuring accurate compliant vendor data and contract terms, and timely initiation of the contract administration lifecycle
·       Provide positive customer service to and assist JFF staff with any incoming contract requests
·       Work closely with the Contracts Manager, providing initial drafts of agreements and supporting Contracts Manager’s due diligence efforts
·       Cultivate strong working relationships with JFF staff in service to facilitating program and business operations as well as connecting with other stakeholders and vendors as needed
Growth and Learning Mindset  
·       Assist Senior Director with the smooth running of the contracts administration processes and with development and implementation of new initiatives, as needed
Who you are:  
·       You possess high energy and passion for JFF’s mission and the ability to apply JFF’s core values to all areas of your work
·       You bring 1-3 years of professional experience with prior exposure to supporting contracts, or other administrative processes.
·       You are committed to customer-support, and you approach your work in the spirit of, “How can I help?” 
·       You are a flexible self-starter with the ability to seamlessly pivot between being an individual contributor and working in close collaboration with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders; you know when to pull in others for their expertise and how to manage up and across in order to complete projects
·       You are comfortable with changeable deadlines and can maintain focus when confronted with shifts in priorities and competing deadlines
·       You possess strong communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy
·       You are a curious and adaptive learner with a track record of quickly getting up to speed, whether you are building content expertise or learning new tools (i.e., MS Outlook, Word, Excel, form creation (Word or Adobe), database management concepts; familiarity with technology-enabled or –based process management systems a plus)

·       You are able and willing to travel up to 6 times a year. This includes traveling to the Boston office up to 6 times per year to meet with the Contract Administration Team and participate in both team and organizational retreats, as needed. (Note: JFF requires Covid vaccination for all work-related travel.)
