One critical piece of this work is to update our data analytics and reporting systems, so that members of the People and Culture (P&C) team have accurate reports and information for planning and decision making. This role is an incredible opportunity to equip program leaders across the organization to better understand talent analytics.   

 Reporting to the Director, HR Administration you will play a lead role in identifying, implementing, administering, and providing support for any new tools or systems on the P&C Team and you will be fully responsible for developing reports and data-driven insights to help identify trends and opportunities to support People & Culture priorities. This role is an exciting opportunity to make tactical contributions toward creating actionable dashboards, implementing new systems and creating an exciting new vision for a data-driven, customer service oriented culture on the P&C team as it relates to people analytics.  


What you’ll do:   

Data Analytics for the People & Culture team 

Act as a subject matter expert with our people data reports and dashboards and own the creation and maintenance of existing and new reports 
Present the results of analyses and tell a compelling story with the data to guide leaders in business decisions with the ability to explain details and high-level overviews, depending on the audience 
Ensure data integrity across systems; develop and maintain systems to ensure clean data management procedures 
Collaborate with stakeholders from all levels and teams, including non-technical users, to identify appropriate metrics and reporting visualizations to enable statistical storytelling 
Create scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation, and model implementation 
Systems Management, Improvement and Implementation 

Maintain all reporting tools, evaluate current needs and develop new solutions and enhancements  
Lead the assessment of system needs, including supporting projects to create from scratch, optimize or improve current systems, and implement new solutions  
Support the selection of and implementation of new tools including systems for compensation management 
Steward a team culture of continuous systems/process improvement and optimization and operationalize with a focus on customer service and automation 
Assess and manage systems related to analytical needs around KPI development and tracking 
Continually assess and scope for relevant data projects to improve processes that will positively impact the team and organization at large, act as project manager and/or P&C representative in relevant org-wide projects and committees 

Who You Are: 

You bring relevant 2-5 years experience with aggregating and analyzing Human Resources/ employment data, producing quantitative and actionable insights, and ensuring others have the tools and information needed to make data-driven business decisions 
You have advanced level Excel skills and the ability to create visualizations, reports and queries. An understanding of tools like SQL and Power BI is helpful.  
You have experience working with ADP and maintain the utmost confidentiality when working with HR systems used for tracking people data 
You have a customer service mindset and the ability to listen to others’ needs, identify solutions for them, and iterate systems, tools and processes to meet their needs 
You demonstrate a growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve in your work and approach; you have a track record of being proactive and strategic when identifying new solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders in an efficient and sustainable way 
You have experience managing reporting tools to ensure that data can be reported on in accessible and easy to consume formats for a variety of audiences 
You build positive, effective, collaborative cultures and teams wherever you work   
You are energized by leveraging your communication and relationship-building skills to develop partnerships across an organization to achieve results and support others to do their best work 
You understand and extract meaning from complex data relationships and can develop reports, visualizations, presentations, and more to enable effective use of the resulting info/knowledge
