Job Location: Boston/Hybrid

This position will be a hybrid model, with a combination of remote work and in-office work in our Boston office.

Reports to: Executive Vice President, Finance Programs
 
Job Summary:

The Finance Programs Associate will support program operations and manage cross departmental initiatives with a focus on operational efficiencies. This position will manage special projects, program reports, presentation materials, and support product and program initiatives as well as the annual budgeting process. This position also provides dedicated support to the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program under the guidance of the Senior Vice President, Green Financing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, maintain and update internal program documents and internal filing system.
  • Conduct research in support of product development initiatives.
  • Coordinate annual goals setting and budget process for the Division.
  • Lead project teams as assigned, to develop new materials or advance other initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy of program materials on website, in application forms, presentations, and in marketing materials.
  • Draft language for marketing and presentational materials.
  • Prepare training materials for staff on products and programs.
  • Oversee scheduling and circulation of draft materials for committee meetings.
  • Process vendor invoices for PACE Program.
  • Monitor Web Landing page email box for PACE Program.
  • Provide back-up support for duties managed by Senior Administrative Assistant as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years relevant professional experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of financial services industry.
  • Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
  • Superior analytical and research skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a critical degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual a plus.
