Su Joun
Su Joun has extensive experience as a keynote speaker, moderator, and panelist. She has spoken on many facets of DEI including Empathetic Leadership, Allyship, DEI: Beyond the Buzzwords, Gender Disparities, Removing Systemic Bias from Organizations, Microaggressions, and AAPI History and Experiences at the Workplace.
Gwendolyn McCoy
Gwendolyn McCoy serves on panels, facilitates DEI discussions, and is a Board member of The Greater Boston YMCA. She helps organizations improve talent acquisition, retention, and engagement. Gwendolyn holds an MBA from Bentley University, a graduate certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner. She is also a graduate of The Partnership Inc.’s Fellows Program. She received the 2015 President’s Award from the Boston Branch of the NAACP.
